You don’t HAVE to, check-ins are not mandatory, but you will lose 10% of your total motivation for each day missed.
Only through repetition will you be able to really focus in on your goals, this does not mean you have to progress by leaps and bounds every single day.
All it takes a simple thought that’s related to your goal, that is enough to remind yourself of the big picture.
QDo you only support Windows Phone 8?
At the moment we only support Windows Phone 8.
An Android app is currently in development with an iOS app to follow.
A Universal Windows Store App is also on the agenda.
QWhat is a Motive?
Your Motive is a long term goal, your end result. It should be something you desire greatly, but may seem a little out of reach at the moment. It should be something that you WILL continually strive to achieve because YOU want to, not because you feel you should. When we set goals that we don’t really want to set, we instantly set ourselves up for failure. Before creating a Motive make sure you are in the mindset of ‘I MUST’, rather than ‘I SHOULD’. The importance of this can not be stressed enough if you truly want to succeed.
QWhat are habits?
Your Motive is made up of any number of smaller habits. Habits can be tracked daily or weekly, with statistics and analytics to visualize your persistence. You will gain persistence for hitting your target and you will lose persistence if you don’t. Over time you will gain insight into your habits and begin to make better, more conscious decisions. Making a habit public allows them to be viewed by any user, giving you more incentive to stick to them!
